You can pay your rent online through our secure online portal. We offer a service called Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) which allows you to make your payments on the first of every month automatically. We also accept credit cards with a 2.9% fee.

If the property allows pets, we do require a pet deposit upon move-in. The pet deposit is equivalent to 50% of your total rent amount and is fully refundable, provided that there is no damage to the property caused by the pet.

Yes, all of the Woodsmere units have a safe parcel drop for your convenience. The parcel drop is available for anyone to use and is equipped with the latest security measures to ensure the safety of your parcels.
