Resident Property Manager/Caretaker
We are currently seeking qualified, live-in, Resident Property Manager/Caretakers for residential apartment buildings in the Edmonton, AB area.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leasing units, collecting rent, collecting security deposits and communicating with tenants
- Submitting daily reports including vacancy reports and purchase orders
- Completing work orders and repairs to occupied units
- Renovate vacate units including patching walls, painting, repairs and installing appliances
- Performing ongoing building maintenance and daily cleaning of lobby and hallways
- Other duties as assigned
Your qualifications include:
- 4 years of previous experience in residential property management·
- Strong communication and organizational skills·
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet)·
- Strong maintenance skills including, but not limited to: light plumbing, painting, cleaning, general repairs and maintenance.

Building Maintenance Worker
An exciting opportunity! Position is to start immediately
We are seeking a Full-Time Building Maintenance worker in the Edmonton, AB area.
The successful candidate should have 4 years of related experience in the following:
- Property Management experience
- Excellent maintenance skills
- Knowledge of drywall, minor plumbing and electrical repairs
- Painting
- Flooring
- Roofing
- Janitorial duties
- Apartment cleaning
- Lawn and garden care and underground sprinkler maintenance.
- Good public relation skills and self-motivated are a must.
- Safety Courses including:
- WHMIS
- First Aid
- Fall Arrest
Applicants must have a clean criminal record and clean driving abstract.
