We value our employees who play such a key part in the success of our company. It is because of this that Woodsmere has launched a very successful “Property of the Month” , “Employee of the Month”, and “Property of the Year” programs.
These programs recognize Building Managers monthly who not only meet the program criteria, but go above and beyond consistently. The winning property receives a plaque of recognition to hand proudly in their office and a dinner certificate for two. A yearly Grand Prize goes to the property accumulating the most points throughout the entire year.
