District Offices
Woodsmere has provided fully equipped on-site offices at each of its buildings. These district offices are run and managed by highly trained on-site building managers located at each property. Woodsmere’s managers are trained in every aspect of building management and are provided with all the proper tools to get the job done. This ensures Woodsmere’s standards are met 100% and makes Woodsmere’s tenants happy, keeps our buildings full and has made Woodsmere a successful competitive company in the industry.

Regional Office Management Team
Woodsmere Holdings Corp. Regional operations throughout Alberta and British Columbia are run by Regional Managers located in Lethbridge, AB. This office is responsible for all of our rental properties located in Alberta and BC.

Head Office Management Team
Woodsmere Holdings Corp. has developed its own property management team and currently manages all of its own real estate holdings throughout western Canada through its Head Office located in Victoria, BC.
