Woodsmere Holdings Corp. has recently entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement at 3130 Jacklin Rd. Langford, BC.
This new development site consists of 5.12 Acres or 223,027 sqft. Woodsmere Holdings Corp. is currently engaged in our Due Diligence and Feasibility studies and will be making application to the City of Langford to rezoning the development site to accommodate Apartment Buildings.
Langford is the fastest growing municipality in B.C. with a population increase of 6.7% from 2015 to 2016. Langford has a current population of approximately 40,000 residents. In the past five years, Langford’s population grew by 6,800 people, or 30 per cent.
With the completion of the Rezoning Application and Development Permits, Woodsmere Holdings Corp. has commenced construction on this new development consisting of 222 purpose built apartment units.
This new project consists of 3 – 74 unit buildings for a total of 222 units.
These Langford apartment buildings will be 5 storeys of residential units with a concrete parking structure.
Each apartment building will include;
- 29 – One Bedroom Units
- 25 – Two Bedroom with one Bathroom Units
- 15 – Two Bedroom with two Bathrooms Units
- 5 – Three Bedroom with two Bathrooms Units
for a total of 74 Apartment Units per building.
