PETS considered subject to Management approval, a non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 plus $25/month is required. Maximum 2 pets. Cat or dog only (dog size must be 15″ from their shoulder to the ground.) Breed restrictions are in effect and subject to change. No caged animals or aquariums. A Special Waiver must be completed prior to moving in your pet.
