Our two 51-unit four-story security buildings include heat and hot water, off-street plug-in parking, on-site professional management, elevators, five full-size appliances including frost-free fridge, stove, dishwasher, in-suite washer and dryer, and window coverings. Our secure buildings also offer on-site live-in professional management.

Pets considered subject to Management approval. A pet deposit is required and will be the equivalent to the security/damage deposit. Maximum 2 pets. Cat or dog only (dog size must be 15″ from their shoulder to the ground.) Breed restrictions are in effect and subject to change. No caged animals or aquariums. A Special Waiver must be completed prior to moving in your pet.
