W & J Construction Ltd. was founded in 1985 by President Danny Jadresko and Comptroller Sandy Jadresko and incorporated in 1987. The company roots are well established in Residential Construction and Land Development, including both single family and multi-family projects. To date, W & J Construction has handled the construction of all Woodsmere Holdings Corp. properties.
W & J is a Certified Residential Builder (C.R.B.), and a long standing member of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Victoria, as well as the Canadian Home Builders Association of British Columbia – CHBA-BC.
Danny Jadresko, President of W & J Construction, was elected to the Board of Directors as President for the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Victoria in 1994-1995, and remained on the board as a Director for many years after his term was completed.
Until the recent collapse of the Five Year New Home Warranty Program, W & J Construction had been a long Standing “AA” Registered Builder.
W & J Construction is certified for Home Warranty Coverage by London Guarantee Insurance Company.
