President Danny Jadresko’s portfolio is filled with accomplishments from his own entrepreneurial journey, construction and development experience, as well as in the classroom.
Danny and his wife, Sandy, the comptroller, own and operate W&J Construction Ltd. and their symbiotic rental property management company, Woodsmere Holdings Corp. This dynamic duo is well known and respected throughout the sector for their keen understanding of leadership responsibilities, creative problem solving, and strategic planning. And in the communities they serve for their numerous philanthropic contributions.
They have set their companies up so that Woodsmere focuses on long-term goals, while W&J uses its award-winning reputation to build the very best construction projects in the marketplace, utilizing state-of-the-art design technology and a dedicated team of trades to bring ideas to completion.
Since starting out over three decades ago, Danny has worked in virtually every aspect of construction, in addition to serving the construction industry as a Director of several trade associations.
Danny has served as President and Director of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Victoria, and was also a Director of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia (CHBA-BC, as well as a director of the New Home Warranty Program of B.C. and the Yukon.
Danny’s numerous designations include being a Registered Housing Professional (R.H.P.), Certified Residential Builder (C.R.B.) and R2000 Quality Plus Builder. He has earned a diploma from the B.C. Institute of Technology, as well as earning numerous certificates for Construction Management Programs.
