In 2007, owners Danny & Sandy Jadresko added some European flare by purchasing several properties in and around the Diocletian’s Palace in Split, Croatia. Diocletian’s Palace is an ancient palace built by the Roman emperor Diocletian at the turn of the fourth century AD that today forms the centre of the city of Split.
Our properties include a high end Boutique Heritage Hotel named “Palace Suites” www.palacesuites-split.com which we have created through a consolidation of real-estate purchases and extensive renovations. We now operate and manage the day to day operations of Palace Suites Heritage Hotel. The Suites have been designed for the elite guest, providing an ultra-modern and luxurious design with contrasting exposed old stone walls, reminding guests they are in a 1700 year old palace.
We purchased, renovated and manage a 42-bed hostel “Adriatic Hostel” www.adriatichostel.net Adriatic Hostel is 42-bed hostel in centre of Split, ideally located on the famous Green Market, only steps away from the bus, train, ferry and airport shuttle stations.
We have also purchased numerous commercial real-estate properties which currently include a popular Café Bar. Some of these properties are currently under redevelopment by our team with an initial focus to open restaurant. Jadresko Nekretnine (Properties) d.o.o. (Ltd.) will be monitoring these European venture and investment.
