Our market research includes discussions and correspondence with CMHC (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation), various financial institutions, Municipal planning and development staff, realtors, apartment managers, apartment owners and residents in many localities. Woodsmere’s professional engineers and architects work closely with planning staff to bring our developments to completion. Through its contacts including discussions with owners of local businesses and through research Woodmere has identified Tofino as a place where there is a critical shortage of rental housing.
