
Woodsmere was incorporated and became active in the real estate market in May of 1999. One of the first projects was building and developing a 24-unit town home project in Fort St. John B.C. All units had been sold upon successful completion of this project.
In September 1999, Woodsmere Holdings Corp. commenced its second development project in Fort St. John B.C. consisting of 24 apartment style units. This project was completed in February 2000, and was also 100% sold out after successful completion.
In August 2000, Woodsmere Holdings Corp. expanded its market into Alberta. With a growing provincial economy, an increase in demand for a growing shortage of housing, and a need for new multi-family residential units, Phase I of Woodsmere Manor was completed. This development consisted of a single three-story 35-unit apartment building in the City of Lethbridge, Alberta. This project was one of the newest and most modern multi-residential buildings the city had seen in years. In keeping with Woodsmere Holdings Corp. long-term goals, Woodsmere has retained ownership of this property.
In September 2000, Woodsmere completed Woodsmere Manor Phase II. This development consisted of a single three-story 35-unit apartment building in the City of Lethbridge, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
After overcoming strong opposition from local neighborhood committees, Woodsmere persevered its goal and completed Woodsmere Place in April 2001. This development consisted of four two-story eight-plexes totaling 32 individual town home units in the City of Lethbridge, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
In May 2001, Woodsmere completed Phase II of Woodsmere Place. This development consisted of three two-story eight-plexes totaling 24 individual town home units in the City of Lethbridge, Alberta. Woodsmere also retains ownership and management of this development.

In June 2002, Woodsmere completed Crescent Heights Apartments. This development consisted of two four-story 47-unit apartment buildings in the new and increasing developing area of Crescent Heights, Medicine Hat, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
In September 2002, Woodsmere Holdings Corp. completed Gateway Apartments. This development in the heart of the fast growing Gateway community consisted of two four-story 47-unit apartment buildings in the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta. In keeping with Woodsmere Holdings Corp. long-term goals, we retain ownership and management of this development.
In February 2003, Woodsmere Holdings Corp. completed Woodsmere Close Apartments. This development in the once quiet bedroom community of Edmonton consisted of two four-story 47-unit apartment buildings in the now booming City of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
In November 2003, Woodsmere completed Parkwood Place Apartments. This development consisted of two four-story 47-unit apartment buildings in the Town of Stony Plain, Alberta. Woodsmere Holdings Corp. sold this development upon completion.
In May 2004, Woodsmere completed Clarewood Apartments. This development consisted of one four-story 47-unit apartment building, and one four story 55-unit apartment building in the North East district of the City of Edmonton, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
In March 2005, Woodsmere completed Bridgewood Apartments. This development consisted of two four-story 55-unit apartment buildings in the continuously growing City of Leduc, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
In October 2005, Woodsmere completed Woodgrove Place Apartments. This development consisted of two four-story 47-unit apartment buildings in the Town of Spruce Grove, Alberta. Woodsmere sold this development upon completion.
In May 2006, Woodsmere completed Lakewood Place Apartments Phase l. This development consisted of two four-story 47-unit apartment buildings in the popular recreational Town of Sylvan Lake, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
In April 2007, Woodsmere completed Lakewood Place Apartments Phase ll. This development consisted of one four-story 55-unit apartment building in the Town of Sylvan Lake, Alberta. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this development.
In Late 2008, Woodsmere completed Woodsmere Park Apartments. This development consisted of three four-story 47-unit apartment building in the Town of Fort St. John, B.C. Woodsmere retains ownership and management of this new and exciting northern B.C. development.
