The President of W & J Construction Ltd. Mr. Danny Jadresko along with wife Sandy who is the comptroller of the company, both own and operate W&J Construction Ltd. and their rental property management company Woodsmere Holdings Corp.

With a long reputable history within the construction industry, W & J is experienced and qualified in constructing the type of development projects to meet Woodsmere Holdings Corp. main focus and long-term goals.

Mr. and Mrs. Jadresko bring invaluable development and construction experience in the originating force behind W & J Construction Ltd. and are well known throughout the industry for their keen understanding of leadership responsibilities, intellectual entrepreneurial style, and creative problem solving.

From 1996-1999, Mr. Jadresko was a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association-Victoria, including being the past president of the Canadian Home Builders Association-Victoria and a director of the New Home Warranty Program of B.C. and the Yukon from 1996 to 1998.

From 1994-95, Mr. Jadresko was President for the Canadian Home Builders’ Association – Victoria and a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association of British Columbia-CHBA-BC.

Cody Jadresko has been immersed in the world of Land Development & Construction since a young age, with the goal of leading Woodsmere Holdings Corp. and W&J Construction Ltd. into the future. Raised in the industry by his mother, Sandy Jadresko (Comptroller), and his father, Danny Jadresko (President), Cody was taught how to manage and operate the family businesses. He has been operating heavy equipment since a young age and pursued post-secondary education studying business at both UVic & Camosun College.

Cody has accumulated vast knowledge and experience by attending business meetings with architects, engineers, consultants, and bankers, as well as by working side by side with his parents. Over time, Cody has developed a keen eye for finding prime development sites and designing site layouts with in-house designers.

As Danny & Sandy Jadresko step away from day-to-day operations, Cody has stepped in, adding a youthful perspective and bringing new, innovative ideas to Woodsmere and W&J, ensuring their future expansion and success.
